A: Email, phone call, or video call. We do not accept text messages.

Q: What if I change my mind on what adjustments I want made on the next formulation trial?

A: You have up to one week prior to reformulation to inform us of any changes you would like for the next formulation trial.

Q: What if I have my own raw materials already that I want to be used in my product; can I ship them out to you?

A: Yes, we accept customer supplied raw materials.

Q: What products do you not formulate?

A: We do not formulate nail polishes, compressed makeup powder, loose makeup powder, eyebrow pencils, lip liner pencils, dry shampoo, hair dyes, hair bleaches, pet grooming products, food,  beverage and nutrition products and household, industrial, and institutional cleaners.

Q: Am I allowed to request the formulation process be video recorded?

A: Yes, for an additional fee.

Q: Am I allowed to video call and view the formulation process live?

A: Yes, for an additional fee.

Q: Are any of the revisions transferable to another formula if I don't use up all the revisions on the current formula?

A: No, you have up two formula revisions per formula. Each revision after that will be $250 for that particular formula. Revisions not used in the package are not transferable to the next formula.
